Designed for durability with three-barrel hinges, the frames are heat-mouldable for a custom fit at home.

All Waterhaul frames are covered by our Lifetime Frame Warranty. Broken frames can be repaired or replaced free of charge, forever, while end-of-life frames go back into our recycling process to become a new product.

Droskyn

Located near Perranporth Beach, this style has been inspired by the angular cliffs that have been formed by the powerful Celtic Sea swells, and the hand-carved entrance ways of some of the earliest examples of Cornish mining activity in the county.

Every pair of prescription Waterhaul's include a 100% recycled PET lens cloth and folding cork hard case, and is carefully packed in 100% recyclable, plastic-free packaging.

Prescription orders will take 1-2 weeks to fulfil and as the lenses are custom made to order they are not eligible for returns.

Our frames are built with our 100% recycled Traceable Marine Plastic (polypropylene) that we have recovered and recycled in the UK. For every frame you can trace the exact locations of where the plastic for your batch was recovered from.

Polypropylene is a lightweight, durable polymer, commonly used in fishing gear such as ropes, bait bags and mooring lines.

In the marine environment it poses a major entanglement threat to marine life, but its recovered and recycled form, it's a strong plastic suited to a very broad range of uses, and helps to give our frames a flexibility that, when heated, allows you to make adjustments to your frames at home.

Perfect prescription

I love that these glasses are made from real glass (lenses) and recycled plastic (frames). The only thing that would make the better is if they offered a plain stainless steel or aluminum frame (non painted) since that would be my ideal choice... that said, I know a goal of the company is removing plastic from the ocean so I understand why they're focused on that.

Best glasses company on the plannet!

This is my third purchase from Waterhaul, these Droskyn's were for my partner. They were her first pair of proper sunglasses not just cheap plastic things with no protection. She wears them all the time, is stunned by what a difference they make to her vision comfort and she absolutely loves the style and fit.

I'm a huge fan of the brand, my first purchase was my Fitzroy navy sunglasses, I found them so comfortable that when I needed to get prescription glasses the first place I wanted to look was Water haul. I wear my Fitzroy Slate prescription glasses every day and am lost without them. They are the only glasses I can wear without getting any impressions, sore spots on ears or anything like that. They are pure comfort.

Lastly the customer service at Waterhaul are great, Ive spoken to a few different departments about various unrelated things such as deglazing when my prescription changed and collections for a local beach cleaner and they have always been very prompt and helpful in every department.
