It's alright..... The hook is a bit blunt and even after sharpening it doesn't keep its edge long. Also would be nice if it could float. You're buying to contribute towards a cause over any other qualities.

Feels well made, light, easy to use and very sharp. Being locking (in my view safer to use than non-) maybe better kept in a toolkit rather than pocket on your way to a 'non-public' place!

Comfortable safe trip
Can't fault these. Comfortable in the hand,super sharp, great design, locking blade, sturdy, super useful. Great for cutting baler twine on hay and straw bales, great safety knife around ropes in general, great strap cutter. Bought one and was so impressed I bought two more as gifts for my children, who love them!
Bought this knife to leave in my BCD pocket,whilst scuba diving, as a backup. Great quality and from a fantastic company. I have the sunglasses as well which are just brilliant!!
The knife arrived very promptly. Excellent design - will probably get another one to use in the garden or when on the beach as the one I ordered is for our boat. It would get extra stars if some sort of carabiner was attached - it would be a fantastic addition as then it could be easily attached to a belt hook or similar - luckily we have a spare one.

Well designed sharp hooked knife, the safety feature prevents it from accidentally closing and handy hole to attach a line. This knife is just what's needed to make it easier to clear the plastic, fishing tackle and ropes entangled in trees & bushes overhanging the Thames that we previously struggled to remove.
Great knife. Slices through thick, sandy, wet rope no dramas. I wore out my Adventure knife so trying this new design as well. Great to use - very sharp blade and hooked tip is perfect. Chopped through some rope in a huge ball the size of a car on my local spot, making it easier to haul away. Well done waterhaul, keep up the good work.

Bought the beach cleaners knife as a safety knife for sea kayaking about a year ago and carry it in my buoyancy aid every time I go out. Was a little bigger than I originally wanted but has proven to be very robust and useful and fits into the pocket just fine.
It certainly proved its worth last week, we have a little 22ft yacht and I reversed into our mooring lines, which wrapped themselves tightly around the prop. I had to jump over the side and cut off all the rope, floating 5ft in very murky harbour water.
The knife cut through the mooring lines (nylon rope) very easily and was easy to handle while working blind. The perfect knife for sailing or kayaking, so razor sharp would easily cut a finger off if careless!

So far so good. Knife fits in my hand well, the blade has stayed sharp; an excellent fishing knife. Locks into place when open, feel as though it should close better. As it is the blade could get caught and lift open accidentally. Overall I'm happy and would buy again if I lose this one or for gifts for friends.
